Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
03 — Our Packaging
Your order arrives in Embro Store's signature pink mailer bag. It'll be left in your mailbox, at your door, or at the reception desk.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return conditions:
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by our store. Returns due to personal preference (disliked color, size, etc.) are not accepted.
How to request a return:
Message us on Instagram with your order number and photos of the defect. Requests without proof of purchase and photos will not be reviewed.
Please note:
Requests submitted after 30 days are automatically declined.
Defects caused by the customer (damage from improper washing, mechanical damage, etc.) are not grounds for a return.
We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer.
Return decisions are made within 3–5 business days after receiving your request.
